Against the destruction of jobs at the automotive suppliers - Organize and take part in actions!
1 March 2024: Coordinating Group Germany: What is planned? The suppliers are planning massive job losses. One in four of the current 270,000 jobs are to be destroyed by 2030. Only a maximum of 200,000 would then remain (Automobilwoche 18.2.2024) Bosch plans to cut over 3,000 jobs in the Stuttgart region, primarily among developers and employees. ZF Friedrichshafen has announced the elimination of 12,000 jobs. Continental wants to cut 7150 jobs and comprehensively restructure parts of the group (see "New job destruction plans... on this website).
In their mutual race for world market leadership with the restructuring towards e-mobility and digitalization, the car and supplier companies want to shift the burden onto the employees and the environment. In our IAC International Program of Struggle, we declare war on this course: "We call on all colleagues to unite to defend our jobs and improve working conditions. We are many! You are not alone!"

On January 17, 2024, at ZF main location in Friedrichshafen 3000 employees from various locations marched through the city center with banners, whistles and lit Bengalos to the offices of the Group management.
On March 20, 2024, a day of action for Bosch employees is planned at the company headquarters (11 a.m. Schillerhöhe/Stuttgart).
