The 3rd International Automotive Workers' Conference will take place from November 20 to November 24, 2025, in Pune, India. You can register here on the website.
1. Individual registration form for participants/brigade members/helpers:
Individual registrants should use the individual registration form (see below). Delegations can also use the collective registration form (see 2. below).
When registering on site, all participants must register individually with their registration number (sent with the confirmation); for group registrations, they must also provide the name of the group registrant.
The conference fee for participants from Europe, North America, and Australia is 120 euros (includes participation and simple meals). Brigade members pay 60 euros.
If possible transfer the conference fee to the account of the International Coordinating Group in advance:

Working in teams
Information for brigade members:
The reduced conference fee applies only to brigade members. A brigade member is someone who works in the teams for at least three full days during the preparation period or conference. During the conference, it should be possible for them to also be conference participants for about one-third of the time.
In the case of group registrations, it is important that the person registering is also available to answer any questions the respective brigade members may have.
The following international preparation teams are looking for brigadistas: Arrival and departure, visas; finances; international office; translation; security; conference venue (signage, cleanliness); catering; health; culture; event technology; translation technology; domestic transfers; accreditation (registration); Mobilization; Set-up and dismantling; Press team.
2. Collective registration form for participants/brigade members/helpers:

Notes on collective registration:
For collective registrations, only the personal data of the collective registrant will be transmitted. The collective registrant on site enters the first names, nicknames, or aliases—please no single letters—and the complete data (similar to the individual registration above), keeps track of everything, and is available for questions. He/she transfers the conference fee to the above-mentioned account and passes on the registration number and confirmation of payment of the conference fee to each member of his/her group.
